Having the chance to work on something that has a real value, and may well
help the way we all live in the future was something quite spectacular for
me.
The primary target of this manifesto was, first-and-foremost, all of the
politicians in Parliament, including Tony Blair.
I wanted to design something that had as much impact from the cover onwards
as possible. That meant steering away from the usual 'global warming' imagery,
and creating a manifeto that was more subtle - such as embossing the title,
and creating spreads that were easier on the eye and perhaps more inviting
to the reader using illustration and photography to compliment the copy.
