Brochure cover illustrations

I was invited to illustrate two illustrations for to bi-annual covers of the Festival Halls brochure. They wanted to bring a new lease of youthful life to the cover and having seen some prior illustration work for Creative Review.
Each one focused specifically on a view of the Hall itself accompanied by an activity known to take place near the Hall. The first being Skateboarding, and then 9with the opening of the Hungerford footbridge, rollerbalding.
Each illustration was actually created on 30" sq canvases using spray paint and stencils which were then simply scanned in to be used at the correct size for print.
