Howies Wrestling Footprint DPS designs for the Spring 2009 catalogue ................................................................. Nick Hand invited me to design two Double-page spreads (DPS) for Howies Spring Catalogue 2009. One detailed a comprehensive breakdown of Howies Carbon footprint: and what better way to show this than to get my son, Enzo (my new designer), to provide the footprints? My carpet will never be the same again. The other DPS was about how Howies were 'wrestling' with the various options/modes of transport that are available for delivering their clothes... You see what I did there/here? Meet: Captain Sea, Air Phorce, Road Hogg and Rails. |

Friend13 16pp print editorial ................................................................. Friends of the Earth wanted to thank their supporters for helping to make The Big Ask their most successful campaign ever. So a 'thank-you' card theme was the order of the day for issue #13. Who better to design (and make) the cover with his box of tissue paper, glitter and PVA glue? That's right, Enzo (again). (N.B. No children were harmed during the making of this cover, although my dining room table has suffered from a new coat of PVA and glitter) |

Near And Far/Fjern og Nær Storytelling/Music festival, North Norway .................................................................  We are co-hosts and organisers for this years storytelling festival on the island of Nyksund in the North Norwegian Arctic.This year the festival will have music, film, storytelling and a Midnight-Sun Pecha Kucha. I have been enlisted to design the logo, website literature and branding. I'll be screen printing these posters/t-shirts in April. |

Art For Autism Design for the Charity book ................................................................. Autism is a life long condition, and a widely ignored and misunderstood disability. So when I was invited, to submit a piece of work for a forthcoming book called Art for Autism, I immediately said yes. The books aims to help raise awareness for this condition and funds for the National Autistic Society. This was my piece. I plan to screenprint this and sell it with the proceeds going to the Charity; the National Autistic Society. |

LeCool Cover ................................................................. 'Sage advice from a vitriolic Steve Price. Taking on the system with sarcasm – we like it…' LeCool, Feb 26th 2009 Josh Jones had seen my new 'This is Democrazy' work and thought it might look great on the cover of LeCool in February, so I did just that for him. Incase you missd it - here it is. Like magic! Amazing what you can do with an iPhone and logo and photoshops in two minutes. |

Exhibition/Invitations Blank Canvas ................................................................. I am taking part in a great project being organised by Megan Riera (a soon to be graduate from Ravensbourne) whose invited artists, designers, illustrators, ad-agencies to receive random objects that form the basis of their 'Blank Canvas'; the idea being that you take something old and turn it in to something new and wonderful that people will bid for and buy. All proceeds go to fund the Ravensbourne degree show. No pressure then. This picture (right) is my object; a double 12" Mozart Collectors Vinyl Box-set. |

Exhibition/Invitations Edition ................................................................. I have also been asked to take part in this '/edition' screenprint exhibition. The exhibition will run for two weeks at Bodhi Gallery on Brick Lane Opening with a private view on Thursday 7th of May and continuing until Sunday 23rd of May. Throughout the life of the show there will be a shop based at the gallery selling copies of the work, an eclectic series of talks and events based around the theme power in numbers. |
